Umydeal has a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. We also provide a 7-day refund and one year warranty on all our products. If there’s any quality issue during the warranty period, we’ll cover repair costs and offer partial refunds—making your experience risk-free with our money-back guarantee! Please note that we will bear the return shipping cost within 7 days of ordering. As for the return location, we will inform you after you submit your application.

After 7 days, generally if it is a product problem, we will bear the shipping cost, and if it is a customer problem, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

Common Situations:
1. Cancel Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 3 days.
2. Returned Orders: We’ll process your return request within 48 hours. Refunds will be credited to your account via the original payment method within 3-7 days of approval.
3. Wrong Address: If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. We’ll cover reshipment costs once we confirm your updated address.

Refund Acceptable Reasons (after 7-day refund period):
- Wrong product sent.
- Product is defective.
- Damage during shipping.
- Product tampering.

Notification for EU Consumers: Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
1. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons. Therefore, Umydeal.com reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion. This policy is governed by the English language, regardless of any translations.

To initiate a return, please email us at umydeal@163.com with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable). We will respond within 48 hours with the return address and next steps.

Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they are in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

For warranty claims within one year of purchase, please provide your order number and photo/video evidence of the issue. We’ll evaluate the case and determine if a repair, replacement, or partial refund is applicable.
